1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
